• Complaints Against Cougar PC

  When I first went to the home page of cougarPC.com I looked over their plans for windows hosting  and my webmaster thought the best deal would be with a VPS Server that if it did not work out we had a 30 day money back gaurantee, it states that on the bottom middle of the home page.!!!

  So we purchased a plan but after a week we realized it wasn't for us so I ask for my money back and they said I had to put in a ticket on my dashboard to close out my account first before they would refund my money. Do NOT try to call them because you will be put on hold until it's your turn. I put in a call to them one day and put it on speaker phone and fixed my dinner for my dog and me and even had time to eat it and still on hold for over 2 hours and I gave up.? I tried two or three times after that for an hour or more and NEVER heard from anybody.?

   

  Then they said by ticket to go into my dashboard and click on cancel my account before I could receive a refund.? I did and the next day they sent me a e-mail that my refund was being proccesed and click on the link and it would take me to my dashboard to login. I did what they told me but when I logged in it errored out and said I did NOT have an account anymore.? I realized one thing in a week that you can NOT talk to a human being from their company except for that joker on skype.? Wonder why, only by ticket or e-mail.?

   

  I got an e-mail from their Billing Department and said I was getting a refund of $ 27.97 and I e-mailed them back about the extra memory and etc. I bought and they told me that they were not refundable.? And I told them why did they NOT post on their home page these hidden charges.?

   

  I have called them by Skype and you had 3 selctions, #1 for Sales, #2 for Billing & #3 for tech support but I do not care what number you pushed you got the same person and he would take my ticket number and my phone number and said someone would be calling me but I am to get a phone call.?

   

  Please everybody, I would NOT recommed this company but after you read what happened to me you make up your own mind.

• Vet Going to Hold Weather Dog Hostage

  On the 8th of December my Chef, Karl Sheran took the Weather Dog around 9:00am over to
  Farmington, WV. to Babett Simms Animal Hospital for teeth cleaning and extractions, If
  Needed. I was informed it would cost only $ 120.00 for cleaning plus from $ 5.00 to
  $ 25.00 if she needed extractions. We had an agreement to pay down a check in the
  amount of $ 200.00 to cover the cost and I agreed to post date a check for the 1st
  of January to cover the extra cost if there was any Around 3:??pm Mona the Secretary
  called and said that the Weather Dog was out of Surgery and I ask her what the total bill
  was and she said Dr. Simms had not made out the Bill yet and the Chef could come after her.
  I thanked her and hung up. Then I called Mona 3 times more after that wanting to know if
  the bill was made out and she said NO.!! She said to send Karl, the Chef after her any how
  And he went to pick up the Weather Dog. When he got there he gave Mona a $ 43.50 check that
  I had owed Dr. Simms for 10 to 12 days previous of the 1st of December. They ask him where
  the checks was and he said to call me and when Tammy called me I ask her what the bill was
  and she said that it was $ 303.50 that they had to pull 4 infected molars plus 6 other teeth.
  I said Tammy I have that much in my account and I would cut a check and mail it out in the
  morning! She said she would ask Dr. Simms and she said NO she wanted the $ 303.50 now or the
  Weather Dog would stay right there until I paid the bill plus $ 20.00 a day for keeping
  her.!! I reminded Tammy that I had been a customer for 20 some odd years and had owed her
  $ 1,200.00 to $ 1,400.00 at a time for vet bills on rescue dogs and paid it all off in
  90 days. I had one of my House Maids take her little girls pup out there a few months ago
  and Dr. Simms said it was in bad shape and I said, Dr. Simms try to save it but it died that
  night and the bill was $ 346.50 which I paid the 1st of the next month and my House Maid ask Dr.
  Simms that would be a large bill and she said that Dr. Simms just smiled and said that
  I had Not beat her out of a penny yet.!! Then a couple of months ago another House Maid's
  dog was sick and I had her take it out there to Dr.Simms Partner and he said it was
  constipated and had a bleeding stomach ulcer so he treated both symptoms and charge me
  with $ 118.00 and I paid that the following month when I got my checks. So you see Dr. Simms
  would not let me send her a check the next day like I had been doing for years but she said if
  I did not pay the bill in full she would keep the Weather Dog that night.! and then Tammy ask me
  if I had a credit card and I said I have a debit card and they charged the $ 303.50 to it
  or I would not have seen the Weather Dog. When my Chef got her home she had lost so much
  blood and he said I should see his seat and carpet on the floor that he had to go clean it before
  the blood would dry and the way she was shaking she was in shock so I put her on her pink blankie
  and covered her up with one end of the blankie and kept her quiet and her body was still shaking
  and the side affect from what they used to put her to sleep. I stayed up with her all night and
  around 2:00am the bleeding stopped.!! One thing I am still wondering is why she did not take her
  off the baby aspirin she was on and another vet said that was why she bled so much.? This morning
  she had her meds given to her in peanut butter and she drunk water twice and at noon I gave her
  some soft food and this evening I gave her meds to her and she ate more soft food and this evening
  her fever broke and I could turn the furnace down. So viewers I am asking you, what is wrong here?

• What is Wrong With Our Utility Bills ?

  What is wrong with our Utility Bills.? If you are on fixed income, you ever notice when you get a cost of living increase in your checks the utility bills go way higher then what we got on our checks. When will this ever stop.?

• Gasoline Prices at the Pumps

  Ladies & Gents, What do you think of these Gasoline Prices at the Pumps.? The oil prices of crude oil is going down but at the pumps I do not see very much differences in the prices.? But you watch a week or ten days before a Holiday and bam the prices for gasoline goes up way out of site, is that called price galging.?
